- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
Consumers residing in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
However, pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- personalized or custom-made products,
- sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened,
- digital content once access or download has begun,
- services already fully performed,
- mentorship, consulting or coaching services once the session or program has started,
- event or scheduled session bookings.
By purchasing digital content or services with immediate access, you expressly consent to the performance beginning immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Physical Products
If eligible, products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must:
- be unused,
- undamaged,
- in original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Digital Products and Services
Due to the nature of digital and transformational services, all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
No refunds are provided for:

- change of mind after access has been granted.
