My fascination with energy has always been more than just curiosity—it’s been a way of life. Over 15 years ago, during a training in London, I was introduced to the profound wisdom of Space Clearing by renowned author and expert Karen Kingston. That initiation opened a portal. Since then, I’ve been deepening and refining my understanding of energy work through continuous study, personal experience, and dedicated practice.

The Heart of My Clearing Practice: The Balinese Bell
While traveling through Bali, I encountered something extraordinary—a rare and revered tool used by generations of Balinese healers: the Balinese Energy Clearing Bell.
I acquired two bells, handcrafted in bronze with handles made from panggal buaya—a sustainable white wood. These aren’t just instruments; they are sound tools with lineage. Forged by Bali’s most distinguished family of bell-makers, these bells carry not only tradition but frequency. Their sound isn’t just beautiful—it’s powerful enough to shatter dense energetic imprints and restore harmony in a way that ordinary bells simply can’t.
To activate their energy, I took them to the Tanah Lot Temple, a sacred 16th-century sea temple on Bali’s coast. There, I initiated them with intention, ritual, and prayer—ensuring they hold the highest vibration for every Freya Lupo creation.
How It Works
